Panos Malakoudis is an experienced executive coach and learning leader with two decades at Microsoft, where he designed and scaled global coaching programs that transformed careers and business outcomes. His work has been recognised internationally, earning a Guinness World Record for the largest business coaching program delivered in a single year, as well as multiple industry award shortlists including the ICF Coaching in Organisations Award and the Learning Awards in London.

Panos holds the ACC credential with the ICF, the EIA Practitioner with EMCC, and is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach (MGSCC) and OKR Coach. In addition, he is certified in GLA360 and Hogan360 Leadership Assessments, and has advanced training in Coaching for Behavioural Change at the Henley Business School.

 

He serves on the Board of Directors of the ICF UK Chapter and contributes to global coaching innovation through the AI Coaching Coalition.
