Panos Malakoudis is an executive coach and learning leader with two decades at Microsoft, where he designed and scaled global coaching programs that transformed careers and business outcomes. His work has been recognised internationally, earning a Guinness World Record for the largest business coaching program delivered in a single year, as well as multiple industry award shortlists including the ICF Coaching in Organisations Award and the Learning Awards in London.

Panos holds coaching credentials from the ICF, EMCC, MGSCC, ATD and the OKR Institute. In addition, he is certified in GLA360 and Hogan360 Leadership Assessments, and has advanced training in Coaching for Behavioural Change at the Henley Business School. Panos was also recently inducted to the Forbes Coaches Council. 

 

He serves on the Board of Directors of the ICF UK Chapter and contributes to global coaching innovation through the AI Coaching Coalition.
