Practitioner
The LEADaiR 5i Practitioner Course is an immersive, 3-day, hands-on learning experience for leaders who want to build deeper mastery of the LEADaiR framework. Across three days, participants explore each of the five principles in detail, work through real organisational challenges, and practise applying the tools and methods that drive sustained behavioural change. The course blends reflection, discussion and practical exercises to help leaders strengthen how they think, decide and collaborate in an AI-shaped world.
Graduates receive the LEADaiR 5i Practitioner badge, recognising their applied capability in the framework.

Coach
The LEADaiR 5i Coach Course helps leaders adopt a more coach-like approach so they can activate the full potential of the LEADaiR framework within their teams. Through 2 days of practical exercises, demonstrations and feedback, participants learn how to use questions, listening, reflection and behavioural insight to support better decision making, stronger relationships and more empowered teams. This programme is ideal for leaders, internal coaches and people partners who want to build a coaching style grounded in the LEADaiR principles.
Participants earn the LEADaiR 5i Coach badge, demonstrating their capability to apply the framework through a coaching lens.
